As Great\nBritain and Northern Ireland are no longer members of the European Union from\n1.01.2021 new rules of trade with those countries will apply. After transition\nperiod you will need to complete appropriate customs declarations (for\nnon-EU country)<\/strong> to allow you to move goods to, from or trough GB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To allow\nyou import goods from GB these goods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Require an import declaration<\/li>
  2. Require an import safety and\nsecurity (S and S) declaration<\/li>
  3. Are subject to customs control<\/li>
  4. May require a licence under\nprohibitions and restrictions rules<\/li>
  5. May incur VAT, Excise Duty and\nCustoms Duties<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To allow\nyou export goods to GB these goods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Require an export declaration (inc.\nS and S)<\/li>
    2. Are subject to customs control<\/li>
    3. May require a licence under\nprohibitions and restrictions rules<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      All goods\nthat move from one EU Member State to another, trough GB move under customs\ncontrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      All goods need\nto be classified for customs purposes. Every product has a specific code. Those\ncodes determine the amount of Customs Duty you will pay on imported goods. To\nclassify your goods you can use TARIC Consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      VAT\nImplications of trade:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Supplies and movement of taxable\ngoods between Ireland and UK will be subject to the VAT rules on import and\nexport<\/li>
      2. You will no longer have to report\ndetail of trade to the UK on the INTRASTAT SYSTEM or VIES<\/li>
      3. Agreed EU simplifications, such as\ntriangulation, will no longer apply to transaction involving UK<\/li>
      4. The MOSS system will no longer apply\nto sales to the UK \u2013 you may need to register for VAT in the UK in respect of\nsuch sales<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
